Audacious Voices (AUDAV) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering disadvantaged girls and women through comprehensive support services. Our mission is to foster personal discovery, self-determination, and transformative change by providing Coaching and mentorship programs, training initiatives, Economic empowerment, and Holistic well-being support to alleviate poverty.

Our Mission

At the core of our work is a belief in the inherent potential of every girl and woman. By investing in their personal growth and self-determination, we aim to break cycles of disadvantage, poverty and create pathways for sustainable social and economic mobility. Through our comprehensive approach, Audacious Voices (AUDAV) is committed to empowering the next generation of influential, resilient, and self-directed leaders.

Our Vision

The vision of AUDACIOUS VOICES (AUDAV) is to motivate, serve, support, and sustain women and girls achieve educational, social, and economic empowerment.

Objectives

The Organisation is a charitable, non-profit making, and apolitical institution and it's objectives shall be as follows:
Objectives:
Based on the mission statement, the objectives of Audacious Voices (AUDAV) could be:
- Empowerment: Empower disadvantaged girls and women to take control of their lives and make informed decisions.
- Personal Growth: Foster personal discovery and self-determination through coaching, mentorship, and educational initiatives.
Economic Independence: Provide economic empowerment programs to enhance financial stability and self-sufficiency.
- Well-being: Promote holistic well-being through access to healthcare, counseling, and support services.
- Education: Implement educational initiatives that promote literacy, skills development, and knowledge enhancement.
- Mentorship: Establish a mentorship program that pairs disadvantaged girls and women with positive role models and supportive guides.
- Community Building: Create a supportive community that encourages collaboration, networking, and collective empowerment.
- Advocacy: Advocate for policy changes and social justice to address the root causes of disadvantage and discrimination.
- Capacity Building: Strengthen the capacity of AUDAV to deliver high-quality programs and services through training, partnerships, and resource development.
- Sustainability: Ensure the long-term sustainability of AUDAV through diverse funding sources, strategic partnerships, and effective governance.

  • To serve as mediator, through competent experts to resolve problems or disagreements relating to discrimination and maltreatment of women and girls.
  • To form, establish, support and aid in the formation and establishment of any other form of charity for objectives like those set out above to help women and girls in diversified fields such as in the educational domain, health domain, or in any other domain as the Board might think necessary to be of help to the beneficiary population.
  • To do all such things that are incident to the objectives of the Organization for Women and Girls of Cameroon, Canada, and any other place as the Board might judge necessary.

  • By achieving these objectives, AUDAV can make a meaningful impact in the lives of disadvantaged girls and women, empowering them to reach their full potential and create positive change in their communities.
